I really like this device. It has helped me to become more aware of negative habits. I have stopped biting my nails completely after using it for one week. I have bitten my nails since I was a kid and usually never realized I was doing it. This made me aware and I had to purchase nail clippers for the first time in 10 years! The shock isn’t so bad. I prefer 30% as it doesn’t really hurt and works well for a memory tool. It helps a bit with waking up but the downside is you can just take the watch off if you want to oversleep! I find that scanning the QR code helps with waking up the most. I am also thinking of a way to make the band very difficult to remove for the morning somehow.

Overall! I love this device! It works well for changing a habit. The down, I’ve only had the device for two weeks and it stopped zapping. I had to order a replacement for it! Thank goodness Pavlok has great customer service as they were able to answer questions and send me a replacement within a week. I am planning on ordering the Pavlok 3 as they’ve fixed the problems that have come with #2
