"I had bariatric surgery almost 4 years ago. I've lost over 100 lbs. The surgeons tell you "we don't operate on your brain so you have to make behavior changes". Head hunger, as they call it, is very common. Your stomach is smaller but your brain still wants the things it did before. This past year my sugar and carb cravings have been off the charts. I was trying the same behavior changes that made my surgery successful, except this time they didn't work. I saw the advertisement for Pavlok and immediately placed an order.
