Shipping and Return Policies

International Shipping: Purchases sent outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival.  The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. Recipients are responsible for payment of all fees, taxes and duties related to shipment(s) to destinations outside of the United States. If a shipment is lost, abandoned or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, Pavlok will not issue you a refund for your order. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

Return Policy: Pavlok products are covered by a 6 month money back guarantee. This guarantee does not extend to 3rd party resellers (Amazon, eBay, gifted devices, etc.). You may return Pavlok for any reason within 6 months of purchase date for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Pavlok does not charge a restocking fee. If your Pavlok is returned damaged (beyond normal wear), Pavlok reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund based on the level of damage to the returned product. Examples of damage include (but are not limited to) corrosion, water damage (Pavlok is not waterproof or water resistant), obvious signs of abuse, or user disassembly of the Pavlok unit (which will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty).

Subscription Products that involve a monthly subscription or membership have slightly different terms. Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase. You will be billed monthly on the date of the first purchase. Subscriptions are canceled by mailing back your device to our team. To cancel a membership, please contact . They will help you get a shipping label and help you send back your unit. 

There are no refunds for subscriptions, but you can cancel any time. If you purchase a membership and wish to cancel, make sure that you postmark it before your next rebill date, as there are no refunds if you haven’t put the device into the mail by that time.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Pavlok warranties our products against any manufacturer's defects for 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not extend to 3rd party resellers, and is only offered on Pavlok products sold by Pavlok or an authorized Pavlok reseller**. If there is a defect with your Pavlok product, Pavlok will either repair or replace the defective product at no expense to the customer, including shipping costs for replacement of the defective item. Customer disassembly or tampering with a Pavlok device will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty. Returned products that show obvious signs of water damage or misuse/abuse will be ineligible for warranty coverage.
