1. Remove the wristband from your Pavlok 3 and replace it with the watch clips by connecting the pins on each side

2. Put on your normal watch as loosely as possible

3. Flip open the magnetic hands on the watch clip, and slide the Pavlok under your watch (with the electrodes touching your skin)

4. Close the magnetic hands and you're done!
